Crea the 2D Sandbox RPG out Today for Mac

Crea is an easily moddable, 2D sandbox game with RPG elements, a lighthearted mood and a colorful art style.

Similar to Starbound and Terraria, while still remaining unique and interesting. Crea focuses more on the traditional sense in it being an RPG. Levels, skills, and magic!

Leveling up is similar in respects to The Elder Scrolls games, where practice makes perfect. So if you want to spend an entire day just mining and leveling up that gathering skill, you sure can.

Crea's crafting system also has yet another divergance from it's Starbound and Terraria siblings, in that you actively need to use resources and materials for research. Simply having some stone and wood doesn't mean you can make an axe. You have to use the Research Table, and actually figure out how. Consuming the materials in the process however.

The game might start off slow, but once you get into the swing of things is extremely fun. Combat and controls are exciting and responsive, in a somewhat 2D-platformer way, and thanks to the unique and character progression, and environments, with a sprinkle of formidable random world bosses means there's hours of fun to be had.
